3rd Common-law partner

The 3rd person to have had police encounter with Sheida Khosroshahi was Reza Ziaei between 2001 and 2004. According to him, all his belongings were stolen by Khosroshahi from  their apartment around Sheppard & Keele area in Toronto during seperation and displacement. I met him in person and he told me about Shahpour (2nd common-law partner)                                                He said that he was charged for multible allegations. He was taken into custody and remained incarcerated for few days as a result. See Questioning about Reza Ziaei and 1st husband Mahmoud Bonakdar Zadeh.

A request to obtain related Police reports under the Freedom of Information Act says that No record was found regarding Seyed Reza Ziaei v.s Sheida Khosroshahi. How is that possible if Mr. Ziaei told me himself that Sheida Khosroshahi had him charged? needless to say that I had this beforehand and only wanted the details of the allegations. The reason why it is noteworthy to mention is, that when Police officers appear in criminal courts, their testomony is almost always believed over that of a suspect unless there is concrete evidence to contradict it. On the more positive public mischief or perjury would not translate to a whole lot. After all, Cons. Jason Redmond made the sunshine list for 8 years while supended and convicted of rape and drug offences. That is just shy of a million Dollars to be on an 8-year vacation. I am not sure if this is supposed to be a discouragement or rather an encouragement.

Durham regional Police however, told me honestly that they are denying me access regarding the requested reports on “Shapou” the 2nd common-law partner who was also charged by Sheida Khosroshahi.
